    1<\/span> This is the book of the generations of Adam<\/span>. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
    \n2<\/span> Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam<\/span>, in the day when they were created.
    \n3<\/span> And Adam<\/span> lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth<\/span>:
    \n4<\/span> And the days of Adam<\/span> after he had begotten Seth<\/span> were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
    \n5<\/span> And all the days that Adam<\/span> lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
    \n6<\/span> And Seth<\/span> lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos<\/span>:
    \n7<\/span> And Seth<\/span> lived after he begat Enos<\/span> eight hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters:

    \n22<\/span> And Enoch<\/span> walked with God after he begat Methuselah<\/span> three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
    \n23<\/span> And all the days of Enoch<\/span> were three hundred sixty and five years:
    \n24<\/span> And Enoch<\/span> walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
    \n25<\/span> And Methuselah<\/span> lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech<\/span>:
    \n26<\/span> And Methuselah<\/span> lived after he begat Lamech<\/span> seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters:
    \n27<\/span> And all the days of Methuselah<\/span> were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
    \n28<\/span> And Lamech<\/span> lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
    \n29<\/span> And he called his name Noah<\/span>, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.
    \n30<\/span> And Lamech<\/span> lived after he begat Noah<\/span> five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:
